The Master of Education in Leadership and Policy (M.Ed LP) is designed to equip education professionals, school administrators, aspiring leaders, and policymakers with the knowledge and skills necessary to influence the direction of education at institutional, national, and global levels. The programme focuses on leadership development, policy formulation, strategic planning, and evidence-based decision-making in education systems.
It prepares individuals who are currently serving in leadership roles or (those who aspire to) by strengthening their capacity to lead with integrity, implement transformative policies, and respond effectively to emerging educational challenges. Master of Education in Leadership and Policy (M.ED LP) is an intensive programme primarily designed to give education professionals skills to carry out their instruction with a Christian commitment.
Bachelors Degree from an accredited university with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 on a 4.00 scale or an Upper Second Class Honours. A Lower Second Class Honours with 2 years' relevant work experience may be considered.
